After moving in for a couple of weeks we ended up with a clogged toilet. After numerous attempts to unclog ourselves we called Phillips. James was here within a couple of hours and after looking under the trailer it was noticed that our pipes were a disaster!!! At that point we made to replace all pipes in and out. The service that was provided was awesome, the price for our sanity was great and the employees that completed the work Manny and his helper were very professional polite and kept us informed every step of the way. I called and needed same day service as I had a water leak, they had a plumber, James, at my home 2.5 hours later (I did not call them until the afternoon) and he had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes, made sure the water would not leak until he could do the actual repair which was done the following day. Only reason it was not fixed on day 1 was the parts he needed were not something they usually carry with them. He went and picked up the parts and installed them with expert precision and in a very timely manner. This is the only company I will contact in the future for any plumbing issues.
